Ingredients
12 cooking spray , vegetable
6 medium corn tortilla
0.5 tsp chili powder
1 Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, head, medium, 6" , shredded, about 6 cups
19 oz Beans, kidney, unsalted, fat free, canned , rinsed if desired and drained
2 oz part skim shredded mozzarella (or fat free)
2 oz low fat cheddar cheese, shredded (or fat free)
3 medium tomatoes , chopped (2 red and 1 yellow preferred)
6 tbsp Salsa


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Lightly spray the sides of each tortilla with vegetable oil spray, and sprinkle the top side lightly with chili powder.
3 Bake the tortillas for 10 to 15 minutes in a single layer on a baking sheet, or until crisp.
4 Top each tortilla with layers of the remaining ingredients in the order listed on the ingredient list.
