1 Arrange tomato and onion slices on a serving platter, and sprinkle with olives. Set aside. 2 In a jar combine wine, oil, oregano, and pepper. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend. 3 Pour wine mixture over tomato and onion. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
