Ingredients
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1.5 tsp olive oil
12 oz roma tomatoes , peeled and quartered
0.12 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
0.5 small green bell peppers , cut into thin strips (or yellow sweet pepper)
1.5 tsp fresh sage , snipped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
2 oz Pasta, fettuccine, frozen


Directions
1 Cook garlic in hot oil for 30 seconds in a small saucepan. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. For 12 minutes, simmer uncovered. Stir in sage and sweet pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package except do not add salt or oil. Drain and return pasta to saucepan. Add sauce to pasta and toss.
