Ingredients
1 olive oil cooking spray
8 phyllo pastry dough sheet , thawed if frozen
16 oz fat free mozzarella cheese , shredded
0.5 cup sliced white onion
1 lb medium tomatoes , thinly sliced
1 pinch black pepper , to taste
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
0.75 tsp dried dill weed
0.5 tsp ground basil leaves , dried


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay one sheet of phyllo on pan and coat with cooking spray, layer remaining phyllo sheets on top and coat each with cooking spray.
3 Top phyllo with cheese and onion. Lay tomatoes over and season with salt and pepper. Top phyllo with parmesan, dill weed, and basil.
4 Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
