1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2 Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay one sheet of phyllo on pan and coat with cooking spray, layer remaining phyllo sheets on top and coat each with cooking spray. 3 Top phyllo with cheese and onion. Lay tomatoes over and season with salt and pepper. Top phyllo with parmesan, dill weed, and basil. 4 Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
