1 Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside. 2 Pour oil in the bottom of a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. 3 Add onions, peppers, celery, and chicken. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes. 4 Add remaining ingredients to vegetables and chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 5 Serve hot over spaghetti or homemade noodles.
