1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the bread into 6 equal slices and place on a baking sheet. Liberally brush olive oil onto each slice. 2 Once the oven is heated, toast bread for 1-2 minutes. 3 Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, and thyme in a separate bowl. 4 Once bread is toasted, place a teaspoon of the tomato mixture on each slice. Serve immediately
