1 Place celery, onions, and chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. 2 Drain well, reserving the broth, and then return broth to saucepan. 3 Add beef broth, tomato juice, and seasonings to chicken broth. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
