Ingredients
6 oz French bread baguette , cut into 12 slices
6 fresh tomatoes , blanched, peeled, seeded, and diced
0.5 cup fresh basil , slivered
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Place bread on baking sheet and broil 1-2 minutes on each side.
3 Turn broiler off and let bread cool in broiler until crispy.
4 Mix together tomatoes, basil, oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small mixing bowl.
5 Spoon an equal amount of tomato mixture onto each slice of bread and serve.
