1 Bring to a boil the chicken broth, mushrooms, garlic, gingerroot, and soy sauce in a saucepan. 2 Decrease the heat and simmer, covered for about 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in the tofu and snow peas. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle the onions on top.

To decrease sodium intake remove soy sauce from the ingredients.
