1 Place chickpeas, tofu, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor or blender and puree. 2 Place in a serving bowl and stir in the dill, onions, olives, red peppers, and ground pepper. 3 Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Additional Information
Make sure you use soft (silken) tofu, using firm or pressed will leave a granular texture. Can be served over crackers, bread, or vegetables.
