Ingredients
8 oz soft tofu , drained, rinsed, and mashed
2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
0.5 tsp celery salt
0.25 tsp ground turmeric
0.25 tsp dry mustard
0.25 tsp dried dill weed
2 fresh green onions , sliced
1 medium celery stalk , finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped dill pickles


Directions
1 In a small bowl, combine the mashed tofu, mayonnaise, celery salt, turmeric, mustard, and dillweed in a medium bowl, stirring until blended.
2 Stirring gently, add the green onions along with the remaining ingredients.
3 Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Additional Information
Tofu is a great low-fat, high protein, and cholesterol-free soy food that can also be substituted for ricotta and cottage cheese in recipes, greatly helping to cut the calorie count.
