Ingredients
16 oz soft tofu
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp white pepper
0.25 tsp prepared yellow mustard
0.25 tsp salt substitute seasoning
0.25 tsp Yeast, nutritional, flakes
0.25 tsp paprika
1 medium red bell peppers , finely chopped
1 red hot chile peppers , finely chopped
2 medium celery stalk , finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill weed , chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Wrap soft tofu in cheese cloth. Place over a large bowl or sink, and press to drain as much liquid as possible.
2 Place tofu in a medium bowl. Mix in all remaining ingredients.
3 Blend until smooth. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
Additional Information
Serve with whole wheat crackers.
