Ingredients
1 medium lemons , cut into pieces
0.12 tsp sesame oil
8 oz soft tofu
0.5 cup low fat buttermilk
0.5 tsp horseradish
1 tsp dijon mustard
0.25 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp canned black olives , chopped


Directions
1 Put the lemon and oil in a blender. Pulse until the lemon is sliced into small bits.
2 Add in the tofu, buttermilk, horseradish, mustard, salt, pepper, and olives. Blend until it becomes smooth. Place in the refrigerator until cooled.
Additional Information
Use as a dip or as a dressing for artichokes and fish.
