1 Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick skillet over low heat until golden, shake pan or stir mixutre frequently for even toasting. 2 Powl into a bowl, add sea salt, mix well, and let cool. 3 Once cool, grind mixture using mortar and pestle or food processor. Season to taste, and store in an airtight container.
