Ingredients
10 oz frozen chopped spinach , thawed and well drained
0.25 cup fresh chopped onion
0.25 cup fresh chopped celery
1 large garlic cloves
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill weed
0.5 oz pine nuts (or slivered almonds)
4 oz cream cheese , softened
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 In food processor, blend spinach, onion, celery, garlic, lemon juice, and dill weed until smooth.
2 Add pine nuts and pulse until coarsely chopped. Stir in cream cheese; season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
