1 In a small skillet over medium-low heat, cook onion flakes until toasted (3 to 4 minutes), stirring frequently; remove from heat. 2 Mix cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, and bouillon in medium bowl until smooth (adding enough milk to thin the mixture to the desired dipping consistency). Stir in onions.
3 Season to taste with lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and white pepper. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).
