Ingredients
3 tbsp onion flakes
8 oz fat free cream cheese
0.33 cup lowfat plain yogurt ,
0.33 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 fresh green onions , chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 low sodium bouillon cube (vegetable )
2 tbsp fat free milk
0.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 pinch hot pepper sauce (to taste)
1 pinch white pepper , (to taste)
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 In a small skillet over medium-low heat, cook onion flakes until toasted (3 to 4 minutes), stirring frequently; remove from heat.
2 Mix cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, and bouillon in medium bowl until smooth (adding enough milk to thin the mixture to the desired dipping consistency). Stir in onions.
3 Season to taste with lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and white pepper. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).
Additional Information
Use bread sticks and assorted vegetables as dippers.
