1 Slice garlic cloves as thinly as you can. 2 Heat milk over medium-low heat in very small saucepan, and add garlic slices.
3 Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. 4 Drain garlic slices and let dry on paper towel.
5 Heat oil in small saucepan. 6 Saute garlic slices until golden and crisp, stirring gently. Season as you like.
