1 Mix salt with cumin and red pepper. Rub mixture onto tilapia. 2 Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of tilapia with cooking spray. Cook 3 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Move tilapia to a serving platter and squeeze lemon over. 3 Combine butter, cilantro, lemon rind, paprika, and salt and stir until fully combined. Serve butter with tilapia.
Additional Information
Use any mild white fish such as cod, flounder, or orange roughy instead of the tilapia. Serve with sautéed spinach and additional lemon wedges. Grate the rind before squeezing the lemon for easier preparation.
