1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray. 2 Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels, and put on the baking sheet. 3 Lightly spray with vegetable oil spray and sprinkle with black pepper and paprika. 4 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 5 Meanwhile in a small bowl, stir together all the remaining ingredients except for the lemons. 6 To serve, squeeze a lemon wedge over each fillet. Top with equal amounts of the pepper-olive mixture.
