Ingredients
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
0.25 cup butter , softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp dried basil
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.12 tsp onion powder
0.12 tsp celery salt
2 lb tilapia fillets
2 green lettuce leaf
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil.
2 In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
3 Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil a few inches from heat source for 2 - 3 minutes. Turn fillets and broil for two additional minutes.
4 Remove fillets from oven and cover with Parmesan cheese mixture.
5 Return to oven, broil for 2 additional minutes, or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
6 Arrange lettuce leaves on serving dish, arrange fish on top and serve.
