Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Thaw phyllo dough according to package instructions.
In medium mixing bowl, blend cream, feta, and gruyere cheeses, egg, and parsley.
Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough and slice crosswise into 3 even strips. Strips should measure about 12" x 5".
Place one strip on flat surface. Wrap remaining phyllo sheets with damp towel.
Spray strip of phyllo dough with cooking spray.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture 2" from end of strip of phyllo.
Fold end of dough over cheese mixture to meet the side of dough, to make triangle. Continue folding phyllo to create a triangle packet.
Place on baking sheet and cover with damp towel. Continue this process until all phyllo dough and cheese are used.
Spray all triangles with cooking spray.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned. Serve hot or room temperature.
