Ingredients
1.5 cup Apples, fresh, chopped , coarsely (Granny Smith)
1.5 cup Apples, fresh, chopped , coarsely (Golden Delicious)
1 cup fresh chopped celery
0.75 cup Apples, fresh, chopped , coarsely (Red Delicious)
0.5 cup Grapes, fresh , halved (red seedless)
0.5 cup Raisins, golden, seedless
0.25 cup chopped pecans
0.5 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1.5 tsp dijon mustard


Directions
1 In a large bowl, mix together all the apples with the celery, grapes, raisins, and pecans.
2 In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, vinegar, and mustard, pour over apple mixture and mix well.
3 Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve.
