Ingredients
7.75 oz Cookies, sandwich, chocolate, reduced fat (like Snackwell's)
8 oz fat free cream cheese , softened
16 oz whipped fat-free topping , thawed and divided (like Cool Whip Free)
2.8 oz fat & sugar free instant chocolate pudding
3.5 cup fat free milk


Directions
1 Put cookies in a 1-gallon zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin or hammer into small pieces. Place in a medium bowl and remove 2 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs; set aside for later use.
2 Add cream cheese, 12 ounces of Cool Whip Free to the crushed cookies in the medium bowl, and mix until well blended. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
3 Make pudding as directed on box using 3 1/2 cups milk. Spread prepared pudding over cookies mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip Free very thinly over pudding. Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs on top. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Use a clear glass pan so you can see the pretty layers.
