Ingredients
0.5 cup olive oil
1 oz pepperoncini peppers , halved lengthwise
1 red hot chile peppers , dried, crushed
2 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 In small saucepan, combine oil, pepperoncini, chile pepper, and black pepper.
2 Heat over medium-low until thermometer reads 180°F.
3 Lower heat and cook 20 minutes not letting temperature go above 200°F.
4 Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.Strain through fine sieve. Discard solids.
Additional Information
Toss with cooked vegetables or use as a dipping sauce for whole grain bread.
