12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into strips for stir-frying
0.25 tsp garlic salt
0.12 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray
16 oz broccoli slaw (2 cups)
0.25 tsp ground ginger
3 low carb tortilla (10-inch) , warmed

Peanut Sauce
3 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy
2 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.5 tsp minced garlic (bottled)
0.25 tsp ground ginger


Directions
Wrap
1 Sprinkle chicken strips with garlic salt and pepper.
2 Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high.
3 Cook seasoned chicken 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
4 Remove chicken from skillet, keep warm. Add broccoli slaw and ginger to skillet. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
5 To assemble wraps, spread Peanut Sauce (recipe below) on each tortilla. Top with chicken strips and vegetable mixture. Roll up each tortilla, securing with a toothpick. Cut in half. Serve immediately.
Peanut Sauce
1 In small saucepan, combine creamy peanut butter, water, reduced-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger. Heat over very low heat until smooth, whisking constantly.
2 Spread on tortilla as directed above.
