Ingredients
0.5 medium onions , chopped
2 fresh tomatoes , chopped and drained
0.5 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1 oz chopped green bell peppers , chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
4 fresh green onions , chopped
28 oz Peas, black eyed, unsalted, canned , drained
1 whole jalapeno pepper
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp black pepper (to taste)
0.25 tsp salt (to taste)


Directions
1 In serving bowl, combine all ingredients, mix, and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
