Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet , cut in 4 pieces
1 cooking spray
0.25 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.5 tsp dry mustard
0.5 tsp ground ginger


Directions
1 Place salmon in a sprayed 11x7-inch baking dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, dry mustard, and ginger; pour over top. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
2 Drain off marinade. Place salmon on rack in broiling pan. Broil 5 minutes, turn and broil 5 minutes more or until cooked through.
3 Brush lightly with additional oil if salmon appears dry.
