Directions
1 Combine the soy sauce, water, peanut oil, Dijon, ginger, cloves, orange zest, and sherry.
2 Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce mixture at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning a couple of times.
3 Preheat the broiler. Put the chicken on skewers and set the marinade aside.
4 Broil 3 minutes. Turn over, coat with the marinade, and broil another 2 to 3 minutes.
