Ingredients
2.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp Flour, arrowroot
1 lb top round steak, lean , cut into strips
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 chopped green bell peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
6 fresh green onions , chopped


Directions
1 Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, and arrowroot. Marinate the beef in the soy mixture for 20 minutes, turning often to coat both sides.
2 Heat the peanut oil in a nonstick skillet. Stir-fry the bell peppers and green onions for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
3 Cook the beef for 2 to 3 minutes. Put all of the ingredients back in the skillet and cook until heated through.
