Ingredients
1 lb Beef, rib eye steak, lean, raw , all visible fat removed
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 lb Broccoli, cuts, frozen
2 medium onions , cut into quarters and separated
4 oz canned mushroom slices, drained
0.5 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce


Directions
1 Cut meat across grain into thin slices.
2 Over high heat, cook meat, garlic, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Remove from heat. Drain juices from pan. Stir in teriyaki sauce.
Additional Information
Goes great with rice.
