Ingredients
20 oz extra lean beef tenderloin (4 (5-ounce) steaks)
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
0.5 tsp ground cumin
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch salt and pepper


Directions
1 Place the steaks in a wide, shallow dish, and in a small bowl mix the lime juice, chili powder, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the steaks, rub to coat, and marinate if time permits.
2 Heat a large, heavy, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and add the steaks. Cook 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
