Ingredients
Turkey Loaf Ingredients
1 eggs , lightly beaten
0.25 cup bread crumbs (or Italian style)
1 tbsp fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 2 tsp dried)
1 tsp dijon mustard
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp poultry seasoning (or sage)
1 lb ground turkey
0.25 cup fresh chopped onion

Turkey Loaf Sauce
1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12g prot/8oz
2 tsp dijon mustard


Directions
1 Combine egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a bowl.
2 Add turkey and onion, mix well.
3 Press evenly into ungreased 8" x 5" loaf pan.
4 Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until done.
5 Mix sauce ingredients and spread over loaf top before serving.
