2 fresh tomatoes , peeled and chopped
3 tbsp canned green chili peppers , drained
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vinegar
0.5 tsp salt , to taste (optional)


Directions
1 Combine all ingredients in bowl, stir well.
2 Transfer to serving bowl, cover, refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
