Stir-fried, marinated chicken breast seasoned with tarragon.

Servings

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts , fat trimmed, cut into thin slices
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp cold water
1 fresh lemon juice, per fruit
1 tsp sesame oil
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tsp ground tarragon
1 pinch black pepper

1 In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, lemon juice, and chicken. Let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
2 Put the garlic in a nonstick skillet and cook for 1 minute.
3 Add the chicken. Stir-fry for about 9 minutes or until browned on all sides. Season with tarragon and pepper.
