1 In a large plastic bag with a zip top, add both orange and lemon juice with the salmon. Seal bag, pushing out air and turning to coat. 2 Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. 3 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the bottom of a shallow baking dish with the canola oil. 4 In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and the next 8 seasonings. 5 Remove salmon from marinade and throw out any remaining marinade. 6 Pat fillets dry with a paper towel and place in a single layer in the baking dish. 7 Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the top and sides of the fillets. 8 Bake until fish is opaque throughout, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
