8 oz Sour Cream, light
0.5 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp capers, drained , finely chopped
2 tsp fresh dill weed , snipped (or thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme or dill)
0.5 tsp fresh lemon peel , finely shredded
1 pinch fresh lemon peel (optional)
1 pinch fresh dill weed , snipped (optional)


Directions
1 Stir together sour cream, yogurt, capers, 2 teaspoons snipped dill or thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel in a small bowl.
2 If desired, garnish with additional lemon peel and additional fresh dill or thyme. Serve with vegetable dippers.
