Ingredients
2 fresh green onions , finely chopped
4 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp cooking sherry
1 tsp fresh ginger root , grated
24 oz boneless pork chops (six 4-ounce chops)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 In a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag, combine onions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, dry sherry and ginger. Add pork; seal bag, and turn bag to coat pork. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3 Remove pork from marinade, and place in prepared baking dish. Pour marinade over pork.
4 Bake for 35 minutes or until pork is done.

Easy recipe to prepare. The flavor absorbs in the onions.
