Ingredients
0.25 cup sugar
0.5 tsp dry mustard
0.5 tsp celery seeds
1 pinch salt
0.33 cup vegetable oil
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbsp honey
16 oz coleslaw salad mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup dried tart cherries
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion


Directions
1 To prepare dressing: Combine sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, and salt in a small mixing bowl and mix well. Whisk in vegetable oil, lime juice, and honey until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
2 To prepare salad: Combine salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture; mix until well combined. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
