Ingredients
Salsa
8 oz fresh mango , chopped (1 cup)
2 oz small red bell peppers , chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped
0.5 oz fresh green onions (1 tablespoon)
0.25 cup Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Orange Marmalade

Fish Fillets
0.5 cup black pepper
0.12 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb tilapia fillets
1 tsp chili powder


Directions

1 Combine all Salsa ingredients in small bowl.
2 Combine chili powder, pepper and salt; sprinkle on both sides of fish fillets.
3 Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
4 Cook fillets 3 to 5 minutes per side or until fish is opaque in center.
5 Serve each fillet with salsa.
Additional Information
Tip: The salsa can be made a day ahead but wait to add the cilantro just before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
