1 Using a food processor or blender, puree onion, ginger, and garlic until finely diced. Blend in yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, chili powder, pepper, and nutmeg.
2 Score chicken 3 times, diagonally across each breast. Add chicken and yogurt mixture to a resealable plastic bag; seal and place in refrigerator at least 8 hours; flip bag a few times.
3 Preheat grill or broiler.
4 Take chicken breast out of bag and dispose of marinade. Lay chicken on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 6 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
