Ingredients
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley , finely minced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp black pepper , coarsely ground
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts , halved
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Lightly coat grill grates with cooking spray.
2 Heat grill to medium for 5 minutes.
3 In small bowl combine tamari, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
4 Place chicken on grill, drizzling sauce over each piece.
5 Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side.
Additional Information
Tamari is made with more soybeans than ordinary soy sauce, resulting in a smoother, more balanced, and complex flavor. Found in the Asian section of most grocery stores.
