Directions
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Combine the tuna, carrot, celery, apple, onion, relish, and egg white in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and mayonnaise.
3 Set the slices of bread on a baking sheet and place a tomato slice on top of each. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bread slices. Place the Swiss cheese over the tuna.
4 Broil for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
Additional Information
Try on wheat bread or a bagel.
