Ingredients
1 floz Wheat, whole grain (about 16 inches diameter)
1 Cream Cheese, strawberry, fat free, serving , softened
1 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp fennel seed , crushed
10 Cheese, Swiss, fat free, 1" cube
4 cup Spinach, canned
2 fresh tomatoes , thinly sliced
0.33 cup Asparagus, drained, 300 can , sliced olives


Directions
1 Place lavosh between 2 wet kitchen towels and set aside for 10-15 minutes, or until is it soft enough to roll.
2 Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and fennel seeds.
3 Spread mixtutre onto lavosh.
4 Arrange swiss cheese slices and top with spinach leaves.
5 Top with tomatoes and, then, olives.
6 Roll up the lavosh tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
7 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
8 Cut into 1-inch slices.
Additional Information
Lavosh is an Armenian unleavened flat bread. It can be kept in the fridge for 2 days.
