1 Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over high heat until almost smoking. 2 Add in the pear, onion, and hot pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute. 3 Add in cabbage and sauté until wilted, about 1 minute. 4 Stir in rice vinegar and honey, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
