Directions
1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2 Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan and set aside.
3 Mix the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a medium pot over medium heat until it boils, stirring constantly.
4 Without stirring, continue to boil at a steady rate for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture and gently toss to coat.
5 Bake for 15 minutes, stir mixture, and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from oven, gently stir in dried fruit, and spread onto a large piece of foil coated with nonstick cooking spray to cool. Store in an airtight container
Additional Information
Dried cranberries, blueberries, or cherries can be used as well as a mixture of all three.
