Ingredients
1 lb fresh spinach leaves (or mixed salad greens)
1 lb Asparagus, cooked, drained
1 medium tomatoes , chopped
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp slivered almonds , blanched
1 tbsp seedless raisins
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil
3 medium garlic cloves , crushed
0.5 tsp dry mustard
0.5 tsp dried basil
0.5 tsp oregano leaves
0.5 tsp paprika, sweet, Hungarian


Directions
1 Wash spinach or salad greens and pat dry, then use them to line 6 salad plates.
2 In a bowl, mix the asparagus, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and parsley.
3 Divide into 6 servings and place on each salad plate.
4 In a small bowl, make the dressing by mixing the balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, basil, oregano, and paprika, mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
5 Top with almonds and raisins, drizzle with saved dressing and serve.
