Directions
1 In a large bowl, begin by stirring well and combining the cabbage, green pepper, onion, and sugar substitute.
2 In a small saucepan, combine the Italian dressing, dry mustard, and celery seeds. Bring to a boil and then remove from the heat.
3 Tossing gently to coat, pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables.
4 Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled thoroughly. Using a slotted spoon, stir the coleslaw before serving.
