1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Mix all spices together in a large bowl. 3 Toss sweet potatoes with the spices. 4 Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place sweet potato mixture on tray. 5 Spray tops of sweet potato fries with cooking spray. 6 Bake until crisp on the outside and cooked through, turning frequently, and spraying again with cooking spray if too dry. Should be cooked in about 35 to 40 minutes.
Additional Information
Other spices can work well in this recipe too. If you like your sweet potato fries plain, skip the spices and proceed from step 4 on. If you want, you can fry the potatoes, but baking this way reduces the fat drastically. Many gluten free foods are often very high in fat, so it helps to cut back when you can.
