Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2 Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. Slice onions into 2-inch wedges and lay on baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray and season with thyme, parsley, cloves, garlic powder, and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes.
3 Whisk together salad dressing, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Move onions to a serving bowl and spoon dressing overtop. Combine well and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay lettuce and endive on serving plates and spoon onion mixture over.

Serve this salad warm.
