Ingredients

Directions
In a large mixing bowl stir together cornflake crumbs, egg substitute, milk, dill weed, black pepper, and hot pepper flakes. Then, add in the salmon and mix well.
On a nonstick skillet spray with cooking spray.
Take the salmon mixture and make 5 large egg-shaped balls. Then, flatten each into 3/4-inch-thick oval. To make a tail shape, pinch one end of each oval.
Cook the fish shaped salmon in a skillet over a medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes (make sure the salmon mixture turns to a light brown). Turn on other side.
Pour oil on the skillet.
Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until lightly brown.
Place a small amount of tartar sauce and pimiento on each fish to get the effect of an eye.
Serve (with remaining tartar sauce, if desired).
